For us, wine is closely associated with identity. That which ages in our cellar is always a piece of ourselves. The soul of our earth and a part of our family history. Experience and knowledge passed on from one generation to the next.
For us, making wine means working in harmony with nature and accepting responsibility. That is why we strive to grow our grapes and produce our wine in a natural and integrated way, using the traditional growing method of the pergola and lots of manual work – from pruning and tying the vines and breaking off the side shoots through to the harvest we do everything by hand. Above all when it comes to the work in the wine cellar, experience and intuition play a large part. In ensuring that we do the right thing at the right time.
